PRESS RELEASEApple Festival Rodeo Set Sept. 7-8The 17th Annual South Carolina Apple Festival World Championship Rodeo, sanctioned by the International Professional Rodeo Association, is scheduled Friday and Saturday, September 5-6, 2008 at the Bibb Street Arena in Westminster, South Carolina. Tickets are sold at gate: Adults $12.00 Children $5.00.In addition to the championship events, other special features are planned both nights, including trick and fancy riding, which provide an exciting evening of fun for the entire family -- a traditional part of the week-long Apple Festival celebration. The South Carolina Apple Festival Rodeo offers prizes and buckles in each of seven IPRA Sanctioned Championship Events. Books opened Tuesday, September 2, 2008 at 8:00 a.m. CST.
